Listserv subscription procedures


Naming convention for the lists is as follows:


cscd<course number>



To subscribe to a mailing list a user must send a request as such:



<no subject> <no message body>


The mailer will respond with a message asking the user to reply in order to confirm their subscription.  Simply replying (nothing else ... just send a reply) to this message will confirm that user's e-mail address in the list.
