PAPERS WILL NOT BE PUBLISHED IN THE PROCEEDINGS IF THE AUTHORS DID NOT REGISTER BY THE LAST DEADLINE OF DUE DATE FOR CAMERA READY PAPERS.

Registration:

Please fill in this fillable PDF. Save and send this to soon after making your payment. Students are required to send registration together with a proof of student status (e.g., a scanned image of student ID). Both registration and payment must be received in time to be eligible for the early registration rate.
To confirm registration and credit card payment, please provide a correct order# issued by Google Checkout (which will appear the Google receipt and in the registrant's Google Checkout account). Please use exactly the same name and address in the registration form and in the shipping information for the Google Checkout account.
If payment is made by check please provide the check number. Any additional information such as the name of issuer and the bank name can be provided, if necessary, as a correspondence in the registration form.
Conference participants will receive registration confirmation and a conference receipt via E-mail (specified in your registration form) upon verification of both registration form and payment.

Credit Card via Google Checkout
WARNING: You need to create a Google Checkout account using your E-mail address. This does not necessarily have to be a GMAIL address. You will receive a receipt and confirmation of your credit card transaction from Google Checkout at that address.

Please select your registration from the menu below and click the “BUY NOW” button. Please carefully review the selected registration and the shipping information (same as the registration) before placing your order. There will be a process fee (5USD) to roll back any credit card transaction for any reason. Use the same name and address that you use for registration in the shipping information.
As a result of your successful credit card transaction, you will see their “thank you” page, which looks like the following:

Your credit card will be charged immediately after authorized. You will then receive a receipt and confirmation via E-mail. You can also view your transaction record(s) as you sign in Google Checkout site. Your order# necessary for the registration can be obtained in the receipt or in your account.
